All SI Alumni are working day and night aiming for bigger goals for society. We bring a lot of diversity to the world of development. The only space we all connect is in terms of our leadership. Let’s have a bigger discussion on leadership within our network along with stakeholders who can benefit our work.
I personally found great inspiration from this concept during my journey of YCF and wanted to play around with it and form a
workshop on it. So we will finally be doing it for the SI community in Pakistan.
The Big Idea:
This will be an event that comprises of sections. The main topic will be leadership and the Lagom within. SI Alumni will join in to share and learn new tactics of leadership. There will be a panel discussion, a workshop, and an open space to share experiences followed by a Fika. I hope to host SI Alumni along with people related to our causes of work for impactful mingling and networking.
